COMPANY BACKGROUND
The group has extensive experience in natural resources enhancement, including, oil and gas from upstream block acquisitions, midstream infrastructure operations and trading crude oil, gas and fuel products. Established in the early nineties and registered in 1999 it has more than seventy combined years’ experience in deal initiation, advising, developing, structuring and investing in assets and infrastructure. The Pan African Group recognizes the need to establish a flagship “African” company that embraces the principles associated with the “Africanisation” of opportunities situated in Africa and globally.
In advancing its objectives the Group continues to seek additional strategic partners and experts in its focused field in order to expand strategic alliances and joint ventures.
All joint venture partners and alliances are approached from a value-add perspective to ensure project and service profitability and sustainability resulting in best reward for stake holders.
The Group has focused its approach on independent professionals and/or teams with capability and capacity to provide a comprehensive range of services associated with its objectives and operations.
These services include business development, project management, technology management, specialised operations, maintenance, field support services and information management.
The Group accesses the appropriate local and international capital markets and enters into suitable joint venture and cooperative arrangements for project development. The Pan African Energy Company is a subsidiary within the Group, the head office of which is in Cape Town.
